Tips & Tricks: RapidSOS Integration
PULSE Users, did you know that once an emergency call is received and goes into queue for assignment, PULSE queries the RapidSOS NG911 Clearinghouse for device location details? Once the call is visible in Active Responses, a green circle/white checkmark provides an indication that RapidSOS data is available.
