She received a bachelor’s degree from the College of Business at the University of Illinois in Marketing.
Chad spent 15 years in Public Safety Communications with 10 of those years in Emergency Services Administration. He received a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville State University in Emergency Management with a minor in Public Safety Telecommunications. Chad has held many certifications, including EMD, EMT, Certified Communications Manager, Google Maps expert and Waze Mapping & App expert.
