Use of Information
The Genesis PULSE website uses forms for our customers and prospective customers to request information. We collect visitor’s unique identifiers (eg: names, addresses, and e-mail addresses). We may use this information from time to time to distribute information about new products and services available from Genesis. Recipients always have the option to refuse further email correspondence ("opt-out"). We do not share any information with individuals or companies outside of Genesis or our affiliated organizations. At a customer’s sole discretion, we may, with permission, share existing customer information with a prospective customer for the sake of a reference.
Update Profile/Opt Out
Each marketing/news email we send contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us. If you wish to do this, simply follow the SafeUnsubscribe™ or Update Profile links at the end of any email.
Accuracy
We work hard to be sure that all of the information presented on our website is accurate. If there is information about your company or our software that is determined to be inaccurate, please be assured that it is not intentional and we will work hard to immediately correct any problems that are brought to our attention.
Third Party Services
When someone visits genesisworld.com, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. Furthermore, we use LeadFeeder to collect additional data — through Google Analytics — on user behaviors. We do this to find out things, such as the number of visitors — pages they visit, how long they stick around, etc. — to our website. We do this to A: help create a more enriching user experience for our visitors, and B: improve our marketing strategies. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify any individuals. We do not make, and do not allow anyone else to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We use a third-party provider, Constant Contact, to deliver emails, such as news about upcoming events, product updates, and our Five-Bullet Friday newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our emails. For more information, please see Constant Contact’s Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our Customer Support section implements unique password protection to limit access to those that need it. Within those areas, there are files that have sensitive information and those files have additional password security.
