Genesis PULSE® is a software solution that enhances existing CAD systems and can do the job of multiple applications currently in operation in a call center.
PULSE is a server-hosted deployment in conjunction with local databases at each dispatch center. PULSE connects to a variety of CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) systems. Information can come to PULSE from CAD systems or directly from various AVL software packages.
PULSE Live displays unit and incident data on Google Maps™ to aid in efficiently dispatching units to avoid potential response penalties.
PULSE Replay allows for supervisors and administrators to evaluate calls — from single-unit to system-wide — to verify the closest, most appropriate unit was assigned or diverted to a response.
PULSE Reporting provides Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and on-demand reports which deliver real-time feedback on the health of a system or individual contract areas. This allows for supervisors to make appropriate changes right away in service areas where compliance may be borderline.
Using Genesis PULSE® with Waze integration, 911 call centers can easily pinpoint traffic events, such as construction, congestion or accidents. Using this data, dispatchers can send emergency units along faster routes, avoiding delays. Furthermore, with the two-way data share, Waze app users are alerted to the same traffic events, allowing them to avoid delays.More
We immediately became a firm believer of what the PULSE product can and will do for our organization, allowing us to reduce response times and potentially save more lives.
